To get a test result you can either pull the reporting form off their web site or download this form
and send
them your name, address and phone number, plus name, breed and registration, and sex of animal being tested
Along with 30-40 pulled main hairs taped to a plain piece of paper in an envelope and $25.00 for each test
you want done. I would sure have her tested for HYPP and LWO if she was mine.
