Chrissy started riding with her dad when she was 3 years old

Here is Chrissy today at 20 years old with her horse Picasso... Besides being a great trail horse in the Black Hills and the Badlands of South Dakota Chrissy has trained Picasso to pull a cart, sley or Amish buggy, she has trained him in Western Pleasure, Halter show and how to bow as well...

We provide numerous horse related services but we have also included many things on our site about ourselves so you can better understand us... Owning a horse can be a large investment and we wouldn't expect you to trust them to just anyone...

We strive to produce the most versatile, well bred foals with outstanding conformations and good minds. Our stallion Sockets Gon Gold is the foundation of our breeding program simply because he is a national champion and he has the mildest disposition you can imagine... Disposition is definitely past on to the offspring and Socketts is one of the best! After spending many years working and training horses we have learned to buy good horses with excellent disposition, confirmation with the potential to produce vivid and exceptional color. Our primary focus is on excellent conformation, then dispositon and intelligence, and world champion bloodlines We want to put only the best foals on the ground and we want people to be very pleased with the horses they buy from our farm. We also collect and ship semen from our stallion Socketts Gon Gold, perform artificial insemination and ship nation wide. NO LIVE COVER!!!
 
We purchased Socketts from Darrel Honnold in Westfield Wisconsin and he arrived at our farm on the 4th of July 2007.
 
HJH paints and quarter horses have numerous high quality foals and mares for sale as well and I would encourage anyone to check them out and see what they have to offer...
